How much do you reimburse?

We pay up to the Maximum Reimbursement. This is a flat dollar amount per visit depending on which Restaurant you visit and if you are doing a Dinner or a Lunch. The Maximum Reimbusement check is for the Shopper assigned the visit. This typically covers the cost of 1 or more people depending on the price of the menu items ordered. Each person in the visiting party is NOTreimbursed separately. Only the Shopper scheduled for the visit is reimbursed. The Maximum Reimbursement for your shop will be noted on the Job Board before you request a visit. If your Survey is completed by the Due Date in your instructions, you can receive an additional $10 Bonus with your check. Your check number is verified at the Restaurant for Cost & Tip amounts.

How do I receive Shops?

Our shops are offered to Shoppers using a Job Board. Shoppers can request visits from our Job Board. Many Shoppers can request the same visit you are and only 1 Shopper will be awarded the visit. You will receive email notification if you have or have not been awarded the visit. You can request as many visits as you like but will only be selected for one if available. Our Shoppers Household can go a maximum of 2 times a year if there is availability. Availability is determined by the number of Shoppers who have not had an opportunity to do a shop for us. If we have a large population of New Shoppers for a location then the number of visits per year will decrease from the maximum of 2. Shopper household visits must be 4 months apart to be eligible.
